Employment Type	Employed = working for an employer where you have no ownership in the company Self Employed = you own any percentage of the company you work for Retired = you receive retirement and/or social security Not Employed = you are not currently receiving a salary, wage, commission or other type of compensation
Previous Employer	If you have been on your job less than two years we will need information about your previous job.
